At Umhlanga Valet and Auto Studio, each vehicle is unique. We ensure that we meet the goals of every vehicle. We can give your car a deep clean, prepare it for an event or show or give you back the feeling of a brand new vehicle. Once we understand your needs we will prepare a detailed report on the condition of every surface of the vehicle including the exterior, interior, wheels, undercarriage and engine bay. Thereafter, we will provide recommendations and what can be achieved. There’s no pressure at all, we just like being around nice cars and their owners!
Exterior Detailing
- Hand Wash and Dry: We do a thorough hand wash using pH-balanced shampoos and soft microfiber towels to prevent scratches.
- Paint Decontamination: Includes clay bar treatment and iron removers to eliminate embedded contaminants and ensure a smooth surface.
- Polishing and Waxing: Multi-stage machine polishing to remove swirl marks and imperfections, followed by the application of high-quality wax or ceramic coating to enhance shine and protect the paint.
- Wheel and Tire Care: Deep cleaning of wheels, tires and wheel wells, followed by the application of tire dressing for a sleek finish.
Interior Detailing
- Deep Cleaning: Comprehensive vacuuming and steam cleaning of carpets, mats and upholstery to remove dirt, stains, and odours.
- Leather Conditioning: Cleaning and conditioning of leather seats and surfaces to maintain suppleness and prevent cracking.
- Interior Surfaces: Detailed cleaning of all interior surfaces, including the dashboard, console, vents, door panels and headlining followed by the application of UV protectants.
Engine Bay Cleaning
- Precision Cleaning: Gentle cleaning of the engine bay to remove dust, grease and grime to enhance both the appearance and performance of the engine.
Glass and Mirrors
- Crystal Clear Finish: Cleaning of all windows and mirrors inside and out, to ensure streak-free clarity and enhanced visibility.
Additional Services
- Odour Elimination: We use ozone generators and other advanced techniques to eliminate persistent odours.
- Ceramic paint protection: Our paint protection includes a 7-year guarantee.
- Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installation: We do applications of clear protective film to high-impact areas to safeguard against chips and scratches.
